Class 5.2 - Organic Peroxides - 30107
This Class 5.2 - Organic Peroxide sign is used to warn of potentially hazardous materials in transit. Class 5.2 contains unstable substances containing both fuel and oxygen, making them even more liable to ignition than a separate combustible material. This can cause fires or explosions. They often have to be maintained under refrigeration to keep them inactive where the temperature must be carefully controlled.
If the warning diamond is being posted on a background which does not provide a contrasting colour with the sign, for example a red diamond on a red background, the dotted boundary alternative must be used - 5.2.2.2.1.1 ADR (European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) applicable from January 2011).
Please select a sign size which complies with the minimum sign dimensions required for the intended application.
