Class 7 - Radioactive II - Yellow - 30078

This Class 7 Radioactive - Yellow - Category II sign/placard is used to warn of potentially hazardous materials in transit. This label indicates that the highest levels of radiation are detectable outside the package. Radioactive materials are extremely dangerous and emit ionising radiation which may cause serious risks to human health. The red I / II / III vertical bars on the labels after the word "radioactive" indicate the increasing radiation levels where more bars indicate more radiation.

If the warning diamond is being posted on a background which does not provide a contrasting colour with the sign, for example a white diamond on a white background, the dotted boundary alternative must be used - 5.2.2.2.1.1 ADR (European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) applicable from January 2011).
